You would never know that Spring was two days from now...they have been talking about it a lot at school and I think Alex is expecting that we will wake up Friday morning to green grass and tulips!! Here is how we have been enjoying the great outdoors these past few months (well, we're on month 5 of winter weather, but who's counting??!!!)

Avery came into the house the other day after playing out in the snow and she no longer had her boots on. 

I asked her what happened to them.

She told me that she saw a little patch of grass and just had to feel it with her bare feet.
