what 4 meters of snow looks like!

...and counting. by this time on Monday, we will probably be over the 5 meter mark...

alex can't see out his second floor window

snow banks are taller than the truck

matt doesn't need a ladder to shovel the roof of the portable garage

the chickens are well insulated

my garden waiting for spring

the mountain dog loves all the snow mountains around

the luge track for sledding

nice big banks around our rink

the dogs tunneling their way through the woods

where the deer have been hanging out (they made all those pathways)

the mighty hammond river.

the approach to the camp

we were half expecting a collapsed roof...so far so good!

snow up to the deck railing and halfway up the door

icicle light saber

snowman fun

the kids haven't been able to use their school playground for months

spending a sunny afternoon at the camp reading books helps to make all this snow bearable!
